99 -- DESIGN AND FABRICATE HOT CELL TRANSFER SYSTEM Westinghouse Electric Naval Reactors Facility is soliciting vendors to provide the design, fabrication and delivery of Hot Cell Transfer System. Prior to receiving any inquiry packages, each prospective vendor shall provide written verification that the following minimum prerequisites can be met: (1) Demonstrate the financial stability necessary to assume a job of this magnitude, (2) Be an established Level ``C'' vendor or have the capability to be qualified as a Level ``C'' vendor prior to award (3) Design capability and experience with material handling equipment, programmable logic controls and sensors, and (4) have a testing facility or shop size of at least 100 ft. (long) X 10 ft. (wide) X 25 ft. (high).
