B -- FIELD DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS SOL DACW39-95-R-0087 POC Betty Logue, 601-634-3076 Furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for field data collection and analysis, instrument positioning and locating topography mapping, graphic digitizing, digital draft- ing, laboratory analysis and related studies for the USAE Water- ways Experiment Station, Vicksburg, MS. Contractor shall be required to provide various types of technical and professional labor and equipment to include research boats. The contract shall be for a period of one year with the option of the Govern- ment to extend for four additional years. Performance shall be at various sites in the United States which will be identified on each work specific Delivery Order. Proposals will be evaluated on demonstrated recent experience, response capability, in-house service capability, personnel qualifications, and cost.
