C -- IDQ CONTRACT FOR GENERAL ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES WITH EMPHASIS ON OIL AND UNDERGROUND STROAGE TANKS, VARIOUS NAVAL ACTIVITIES WITHIN EFA CHESNAVFACENGCOM SOL N62477-95-D-0082 DUE 080895 POC Randolph Jones, POC, 202-685-3152, KO/Bonnie Clark MODIFICATION: The subject project which appeared in the 01 June 1995 issue of the Commerce Business Daily is hereby modified by deleting the following: ''However, if adequate interest is received from Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns with the technological talent consistent with the demands of the acquisition, the solicitation will be issued as 100 percent set aside for SDB without further notice. SDB size standard SIC Code is 8711, $2.5 million annual average over a three year period. SDB's must be capable of complying with FAR 52.219-14 - Limitations on Subcontracting - which states that at least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees for the concern in accordance with this clause. Interested SDB concerns should respond by the close of business on the 15th day after the publication of this notice. Indicate interest in the acquisistion by providing the above evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of availability as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. Should the due date fall on a weekend or an official Government holiday, the SF 255 is due on the first workday thereafter. Firms having a current SF 254 on file with this office may also be considered'', and adding, ''Small business size standard SIC Code is ''8711'', $2.5 million annual average over a three year period.'' The due date is extended to close of business on 08 August 1995. Firms that have already expressed interest by submitting their SF 254 and SF 255 need not do so again.
