As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. All responses to this synopsis shall include pricing data. If no affirmative written documentation/technical specifications are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis to the effect that comparable source is available or that it is more advantageous to the Government than purchased from the ADP schedule, orders will be placed with Gandalf, 8521 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, Virginia 22182 against their GSA Schedule Contract GSOOK903AGS5302.
