D -- MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR ADP COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, NORTH NATIONAL GUARD, RALEIGH, NC SOL DAHA31-95-B-0007. POC: Contracting Officer, MSG Ralph L. Young, 919/664-6019 or Mrs. Edith S. Dozier, 919/664-6040. The North Carolina Army National Guard (NCARNG) has a requirement for ADP maintenance service for the following equipment: 3 each Sperry 5000 and peripherals and 1 each Burroughs B1985 and peripherals. The contractor will provide maintenance (labor and parts) to keep the equipment in good operating condition. A four (4) hour response time is specified for remedial maintenance. The central maintenance service site is at the Office of the United States Property and Fiscal Office for North Carolina (USPFONC), Raleigh, NC. The period of performance is 1 October 1995 - 30 September 1996, with an option to renew the contract for FY 97 & 98. The Government's obligation hereunder is contingent upon congress enacting funds, reference Federal Acquisition Regulation, (FAR) clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. Principal period of maintenance shall be 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Engineers shall be required to have DOD security clearance of secret, as a minimum. The contractor will obtain any license documentation from the manufacturer which is required to maintain the equipment. This solicitation is limited to one copy per requestor. All requests must be submitted in writing to the issuing office and/or faxed to (919) 664-6034, no telephone request will be accepted. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
