for Minnesota is in the process of acquiring remediation services for
contaminated soil and groundwater at two sites at the Minnesota Air
National Guard Base, Duluth International Airport. The estimated cost
range for the work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This
procurement has been previously set-aside for exclusive SDB
participation. The acquisition of these services is by the two-step
sealed bid process. This announces the initiation of step 2. Five firms
have submitted acceptable technical proposals under step 1, and only
those firms are invited to submit sealed, firm fixed-price bids under
step 2. This synopsis is not a new acquisition opportunity, and the
list of firms is provided for the benefit of prospective subcontractors
