Furnish to the Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinics of the Hawaiian Islands and Guam Home Oxygen Service. Service will include providing medical grade oxygen, disposable oxygen supplies, liquid oxygen system and refills, back-up system for oxygen concentrators and monthly maintenance and service of Government-owned concentrators. Contractor to provide operating instructions to patients, stressing safety and provide the services of a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Contract period to be for one year after date of award with possible two (2) one-year option periods. Solicitation will be available on or about August 14, 1995.
