R -- LEAK TEST ABOVE AND BELOW GROUND PETROLEUM STORAGE TANKS, FORT CARSON, COLORADO SOL DAKF06-95-B-0047 DUE 091595 POC Contract Specialist Rusty Hatfield (719) 526-6626 Contracting Officer Harrisn Cole (719) 526-6627 (Site Code DAKF06) The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, materials, transportation, general and specialized tools and equipment, except as specified as Government Furnished, to leak test under and above ground petroleum storage tanks and certify as to leaking or not leaking per the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the State of Colorado regulations. Contractor shall also test the dispensing lines connected to the petroleum tanks per the EPA and State of Colorado regulations. In-line leak detectors shall be certified to be operating and accurate per regulatory requirements. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract. The contract period consists of a base period of twelve months and two (2) one year option periods. All responsible sources may request a copy of the solicitation.
