Description of Work: Construct a new dining facility and in-flight kitchen to support the Joint STARS mission. The facility will accommodate 100 sit-down patrons in a fast food type restaurant serving 750 hot meals per day. Its second function is preparation of 250 box (flight) meals per day to support the Joint STARS aircraft. Exterior materials include face brick, standing seam metal roof and bronze anodized aluminum storefront. The facility's gross square footage is 9,428 square feet. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Cost of solicitation documents is $50. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
