Description of Work: Construct a fire training facility to include a 150-foot diameter live fire training pit with a protective cover and a steel aircraft mockup; burner control station with remote ignition capability; and aboveground 1,500-gallon propane fuel tank, pumps and piping systems. Also, construct a three-story masonry fire training smoke house and all utilities and necessary support. Network Analysis will be required.
