Descripsion of Work: The project consists of replacing the roof on the SMAB west bay. Work consists of removing the existing roofing to the metal decking, removing the existing gutters, flashing pitch pans and miscellaneous roof penatrations identified on the drawings. Apply new menbrane roofing system, flashing, gutters and hand rails as stated in drawings and technical specifications. Construction time is 365 days after Notice to Proceed.The applicable SIC CODE for this acquisition is 1761 and SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD is $7.0M. Estimated range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.00.
