Construction consists of removal and disposal of twenty-two USTs/ASTs locations, tank contents, related piping, tank foundation (if any) removal and disposal of contaminated soil from tank excavation, post excavation sampling and analysis, backfilling the excavation and restoration of all disturbed areas. Eleven USTs shall be replaced with an AST or a dual-walled UST. Conversion to natural gas shall be necessary at three locations. Full size plans and specs (110) $119.50. This proposed procurement is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office a statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If you are an SDB and are interested in this requirement you must provide a statement of eligibility. Additionally, in accordance with FAR 28.102 and pursuant to the Miller Act, provide with the statement, proof of ability to obtain sufficient bonding. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. Amendment will follow.
