Work includes providing GFCI duplex receptacle in all bathrooms, providing GFCI duplex receptacle and a light in all garages, providing an additional branch circuit and GFCI duplex receptacle in all kitchens, and providing GFCI duplex receptacles on the exterior of each unit. The estimated value of work is between $100,000 and $250,000. The contract performance period shall be 225 calendar days. Government furnished materials will not be included. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 1521. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 8 August 1995 under the Straddle Bid Program. This procurement is being considered for 100% Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns.
