Furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, supplies and supervision necessary to remove and dispose of four (4) underground fuel storage tanks and a fuel dispenser unit. Three (3) underground storage tanks and one (1) oil/water separator shall be cleaned, filled with sand, and ``closed''. An automatic fuel shut-off & containment shall be provided for one (1) UST. New tank installations will include one (1) 1000 gallon and two (2) 550 gallon UST's. New tanks shall be double-wall fiberglass. One (1) existing waste oil storage tank shall be modified by providing level and leak protection monitors and alarms, service piping, and other misc items. Request shall include solicitation number, title, company name, address and telephone number. Plans and specifications will be available on a ``first come, first served'' basis until supply is exhausted. All bids submitted by responsible sources shall be considered. The projected date for issuance of solicitation documents is 18 August 1995. The estimated date for bid opening is 18 September 1995. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of contract performance is 135 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and annual size standard is $13.5 million. (198)
