Work includes but is not limited to potholing 31 residential sewer lateral/gas line crossings and inspecting for damage, repairing up to 31 residential sewer laterals and provding clearance from gas lines, lining 19 existing sewer manholes and reparing 7 previously lined manholes at the Geiger Heights family housing area for Fairchild AFB, WA. Work also includes site restoration. The estimated value of the work is between $250,000 and $500,000. The contract performance period shall be 60 calendar days. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 8 August 1995 under the Straddle Bid Program. This procurement is being considered for 100% Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns.
