The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials to remove existing walls for acces to the two existing air handling units located above stairwells. Remove the two existing air handling units ad damaged gypsum board. Replace walls and provide new gypsum board. Provide two new air handling units, at new locations in building, with new controls, ductwork, piping and electrical connections. Provide electrical modifications as required to support the work listed above. Estimated cost range $25,000 to $100,000. Time for completion one hundred twelve (112) calendar days. AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984) funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the contractor receives notice of such availability to be confirmed in writing by the contracting officer.
