Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and transportation to replace the existing fire alarm systems and repair the deluge systems in Hangers 1200 and 1614, to include, but not be limited to, installing new fire alarm control panels, new detection systems, new controls for the deluge system, upgrading the deluge systems, and providing jockey pumps to regulate the flow of water from the tanks to the deluge system piping. Incidental work will also include all electrical work associated with the new panels and the controls for the pull stations and heat detectors, removal of old system components, and miscellaneous repairs associated with work. Performance period is 180 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation will be issued on or about 17 Aug 95, with a bid opening date on or about 18 Sep 95.
