Z -- EXTERIOR REPAIRS TO RIVER VILLAGE, FORT BELVOIR, VA SOL DAHC35-95-B-0035 DUE 080895 POC Contract Specialist, CALI COLLETTE, (703)-806-4474 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to perform all work associated with: Remove and replace existing doors; Remove and replace windows; Provide and install new vinyl siding over existing wood siding, deteriorated wood siding shall be repaired; Remove and replace existing storm doors; Provide and install new doorbell for all doors; Provide and install new mini-venetian blinds for each window; Repair/replace the deteriorated facia and soffit, provide new coil stock over all facia, soffit and exposed wood surfaces, provide additional ventilation on soffit; Properly dispose of all lead contaminated debris due to demolition; Paint all the exterior metal and masonry portions; Remove existing storage sheds and replace with storage shed as designed. The work is located at the 1600 Family Housing Area of River Village on Fort Belvoir Military Reservation, VA.
