Department of Agriculture, requires the necessary labor, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary for the renovation of Building No. 51, Pesticide Storage Building at the USDA, ARS, Jamie Whitten Delta States Research Center,Stoneville, Mississippi. The work includes but is not limited to; remove and dispose of existing sod and topsoil as indicated, remove and dispose of interior partitions in existing oil interceptor, provide limestone gravel surface as indicated, provideconcrete slab as indicated, provide two sump pumps as indicated; (one pump shall be installed and one shall be delivered to Government as spare), provide piping and valves as indicated, provide electrical work as indicated, paint exterior surfaces ascalled for in the specifications. The work is to be completed within 60 days. An IFB will be issued on or about August 8, 1995. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
