The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to procure twenty-seven (27) 7 meter Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs), sixty-five (65) RIB modification kits, and options for approximately sixty-nine (69) additional RIBs. The construction of the RIB will be in accordance with Specifications for building 7 meter Rigid Inflatable Boat, FY95, NAVSEA T9008-CL-SBS-010/7RIB dated 24 April 1995. 35 RIB kits will consist of a console with long hoisting slings and 30 will consist of a console with short hoisting slings. Delivery of the first two (2) RIBs will commence 12 months after contract award with four (4) boats per month delivered thereafter. Delivery of the kits will commence 4 months after contract award with ten (10) kits per month. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. Performance and payment bonds will be required.
