Electronic Fuel Management System shall control dispensing equipment (minimum of four pumps), provide accurate accounting of all fuel and related products and record the identification number of the vehicle service. It shall have the capacity of interfacing with a variety of data processing equipment that may be located on-site or remotely. The system shall have the capability of user access by magnetic strip card, hole punched (optically coded) card, multi-programmable memory and/or manual entry of numbers via keyboard. The fuel system shall be the latest micro-processor technology, and shall have been marketed and in commercial field use in significant numbers at least one year prior to the Request for Quotations. The Fuel Site Controller (FSC) shall have the capacity to connect up to 4 Fuel Island Terminal (FIT) units. A fully expanded system shall be able to control 32 hose simultaneously. Both mechanical and electronic pumps shall be controllable by the system. Delivery shall be f.o.b. destination to McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, Oklahoma. Installation of the fuel system will be conducted by the contractor and shall be accomplished within 45 days after award. This acquisition is not set aside for small business manufacturers.
