The TMS shall be a fully developed integrated software and hardware application system based in a PC file server configuration. The TMS shall support data exchange between the Northern Telecom Meridian SL-100 switch (NTM) and associated billing modules. The TMS software shall operate on a contractor provided IBM compatible Pentium 90 File Server, under the UNIX platform. The software shall provide subsystems in a relational database structure.
