This acquisition is restricted only to 8(a) firms with the SIC Code of 3571. Only those 8(a) offerors who can demonstrate exceptional capabilities in 1) previous/concurrent related networking design experience, 2) key personnel qualifications, and 3) the ability to operate and manage a CONUS and OUTSIDE CONUS wide area network and can demonstrate strong and exceptional cross-platform computing capabilities will be considered.
