The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) intends to award a sole source contract to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) to determine which government above-ground nuclear radiation test facilities will be applicable to future strategic system testing requirements and to develop a set of procedures for testing at these facilities. SAIC shall develop, demonstrate, and document a test protocol that permits determination of the applicable test facilities and the proper set of test procedures for future strategic system upgrades.
