ADVANCED THREAT RADAR JAMMER (ATRJ) MARKET SURVEY UPDATE - The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purchase of additional Advanced Threat Radar Jammer (ATRJ) Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) systems and supporting spares in support of fulfillment of additional U.S. Army and U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) requirements. This effort will fulfill the Statement of Need established by the Army's approved Acquisition Plan for the Engineering and Manufacturing Development Phase on the ATRJ program. The result of this effort will be a modification to CECOM Contract DAAB07-94-C-M504. The Engineering and Manufacturing Development Program was competitively solicited. The Government received only one proposal for evaluation. Contract Award was made to the sole offeror ITT Corporation, Avionics Division. CECOM Contract DAAB07-94-C-M504 was awarded July 1994 for $54,376,193.
