The Regional Contracting Division intends to award indefinite quantity contract(s) for field review of appraisals and field review of Real Estate Owned properties in the specified jurisdiction of the Shreveprot HUD office of one to four unit single family residences. The initial term of the contract will be for one year with two one-year options. HUD anticipates solicitations will be issued on or about August 3, 1995.
