H -- INSPECTION OF FUEL TANKS. SOL F31610-95-B0055. Due 091895. POC Marion Faulhaber 919/736-6548, Ext 248; Bobbie White 919/736-6548, Ext 24. To provide inspection services of five JP-8 fuel tanks located at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina 27531-2459. Project includes inspection of tank foundations, bottom, shell, structure, roof and attached appurtenances and nozzels. Personnel must be qualified to level II American Society of Non-Destructive Testing with above found Storage tanks and shall be certified with American Petroleum Institute in accordance with APR 653 Appendix S, ``Authorized Inspection Certifications.'' Evaluation reports must be provided for each tank inspection, and certification of inspection/evaluation reports shall be certified by a registered professional engineer. The basic performance period of this contract will be to begin on or about August 30, 1995. Requests for solicitation package must be in writing.
