RFP5-02200/107 is for Business, Administrative, and Technical Computing Support Services at the Goddard Space Flight Center. The RFP is expected to be issued in early to mid August, with the proposals due 45 days after the release of the RFP. The procurement is for services in support of the Information Management Division, Code 250. The services provided under this procurement include, but are not limited to, management and administration; network systems and services; desktop integration, support, and services; microcomputer hardware maintenance; systems development, integration and sustaining engineering; host computing operations; security; and quality assurance. Additionally, an optional requirement for the Scientific Engineering Workstation Procurement (SEWP) Business and Operations Workstation Laboratory (BOWL) also is included in the procurement. This procurement will be a performance-based contract, with some level-of-effort elements. A cost-plus-award-fee contract with a 1-year basic, two 1-year options, and one 2-year option is anticipated to be awarded starting on April 1, 1996.
