The Luke Air Force Base Services Squadron is seeking sponsors for their fourth-annual Retiree Appreciation Month, scheduled for October 1995. Retiree Day, scheduled 14 Oct 95, will be part of this month-long event held at the base which entails sending informational pamphlets to local military retirees informing them about many of the programs that are available to them and a number of other highlighted events. One such event is Retiree Day. This open house event is planned in cooperation with the Retiree Activities Office. Retirees will spend their day gathering information from a number of representing organizations, touring the Base and socializing. Keynote speakers, prize giveaways, food and other entertainment will be featured. Support is needed to defray costs of the event. The estimated budget is $14,000. The sponsors may be recognized in the form of publicity, programs and displays for their support. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received by 10/31/95.
