Technology (NIST) intends to continue its membership in the National
Physical Science Consortium (NPSC) to supply on a sole-source basis, a
minimum 100 applications from under-represented physical science &
engineering student candidates meeting the following criteria: 1) U.S.
citizenship, 2) undergraduate cumulative grade as a senior, of a
minimum 3.0 GPA in a 4.0 grading scale, and 3) student has been
accepted for graduate studies in physical science or engineering, at a
participating NPSC member university. Pursuant to 41 USC 253 (c) (1),
NPSC is the only known responsible source that can meet the
Government's requirement. The Government anticipates the issuance of a
firm-fixed price type contract. Any alternate responsible source may
submit a capability statement which shall be reviewed by the Agency. A
