Mileage is based on using the main vehicular routes travelled one way to the main entrance of the Submarine Base and the Naval Station. The minimum size of each room is 300 square feet. Services are for the period of 01 October 1995 through 31 December 1995 with an option provision for an additional three (3) months. A requirements type contract is anticipated.
