Alterations include: carpet, paint, acoustical ceilings, minor HVAC and plumbing additions, communications, fire protection, and associated electrical work. There is no asbestos or lead paint abatement in this project. A firm fixed price construction contract will be awarded. The period of performance is 210 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of the project is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on or about 21 July 1995. Bids will be opened on or about 21 August 1995. at 2:00 pm, local time.
