Remove and replace or install rubber flat or cove base, between 3,000 LF. and 4,000 LF., of 2'' wide cove base and between 770 LF. and 800 LF. of 2'' wide flat base. Perform all other work incidental to the installation of carpet located at the Edward J. Schwartz Federal building, 880 Front Street, Second Floor, San Diego, CA 92101-8843. This procurement is being made as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business Size Standard is $17 million. SIC Code is 1542. A 20% bid bond is required and performance and payment bonds will be required prior to receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated date for pre-bid conference/site visit is tentively scheduled for August 15, 1995. Estimated bid opening date is August 31, 1995. The contract period is approximately 120 calendar days.
