CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS, LABOR AND EQUIPMENT, PLANT, TOOLS AND SERVICES NECESSARY AND INCIDENTAL THERETO. THE WORK SHALL CONSIST OF, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPAL ITEMS: construct site work to include extending utilities to building site to include trenching and backfilling. Construct foundation slab on grade over compacted fill, construct concrete block building 4.880 METERS BY 6.100 METERS, CONSTRUCT INTERIOR WALLS, AND INSTALL HOLLOW METAL DOORS, AND FRAMES, FURNISH AND INSTALL COMPLETE MECHANICAL SYSTEMS CONSISTING OF PACKAGE HEAT PUMP, INSTALLATION OF BRANCH CIRCUIT PANEL, MAIN DISTRIBUTION PANEL, PADMOUNT TRANSFORMER UNDERGROUND POWER TO INCLUDE TRENCHING, BACKFILLING, CONDUIT, CONCRETE ENCASEMENT, CONDUCTORS, RESODING, POWER WITHIN BUILDING TO INCLUDE LIGHTING, RECEPTACLES, SWITCHES, CONDUIT, CONDUCTORS, MOUNTING HARDWARE, OUTLET BOXES, GROUND GRID SYSTEM, RADIO TYPE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM TO INCLUDE FIRE ALARM CONTROL PANEL, DETECTORS, OMIDIRECTIONAL ANTENNA, LIGHTING ARRESTORS, CONDUIT AND CONDUCTORS. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL CABLE RACKS FOR COMMUNICATIONS AND CABLE TRAY FOR POWER REQUIREMENTS. CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE EXISTING GENERATOR, AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH AND FUEL TANK FROM EXISTING SITE LOCATED ON APPLEWHITE ROAD TRANSPORT EQUIPMENT TO NEW SITE REINSTALL AND MAKE FINAL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH POWER PRODUCTION ON SHCEDULING POWER OUTAGES TO ENSURE NEITHER THE EXISTING OR NEW FACILITY IS WITHOUT BACKUP POWER. ALL WORK SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL THAT HAS BEEN ACTIVE IN THEIR TRADE FOR AT LEAST 5 (FIVE) YEARS. Performance is 150 calendar days.
