Magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Anticipated issuance date for IFB Solicitation Number F14614-95-B0032 is 17 Aug 95. Tentative opening date is 18 Sep 95. Performance period will be 180 calendar days after notice to proceed. Standard Classification Code is 1542. This action is being considered for 100% set-asides for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 15 calendar days of this notice. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
