The sites shall require new plumbing, shower stalls, fixtures, CMU, GWB rework, non-slop flooring, painting, electrical support along with incidental related work. Facilities shall be handicap functional. Existing finishes contain lead paint which are to be addressed per applicable Federal, State and CSS Regulations, Codes and Requirements. Estimated construction cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Item 10, bid opening date, is an approximate date only. The proposed acquisition listed herein is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office in writing, Attn: Code 051C of their intention to bid the project as prime contractor as early as possible, but not later than 28 July 1995. This notification must include a postive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude.
