Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tool, equipment, appliances, devices, administration, supervision and transportation necessary for complete removal of the existing horizontal built-up roof covering down to the deck in preparation and replace with Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) Elastomeric sheet roofing with a transferable 15-year labor and material system warranty. Existing roof contains asbestos roofing material. Location of work is Newark Air Force Base Ohio, Building 4. Work is to be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings for Project NEW 950007 -- The Government contemplates a Delayed Notice To Proceed on this project. The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days after contractor receives the Notice To Proceed -- Plans and specifications are available for inspection without charge upon receipt of a written request.
