This solicitation is to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quanity (IDIQ) contract to remove existing chain link fences and gates, provide colored, split-face concrete block walls, brick walls, new gates, and dumpster enclosures at Fairchild AFB, WA. The estimated minimum value of the work is between $100,000 and $250,000. The estimated maximum value is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,0000. The contract performance period will be 365 calendar days, further broken down for each Delivery Order issued. Government furnished materials will not be included. The Standard Inustrial Classification (SIC) code is 1799. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 8 August 1995 under the Straddle Bid program.
