AXLEY, (415)750-2163 Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor to perform demolition and general construction for the renovation of the Primary Care area located at the Department of Veterans Medical Center, Building 200, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, Ca 94121. The work includes demolition, general construction, poured resilient flooring, gypsum board walls, vinyl wall coverings, painting, doors and hardware, glazing, medical furniture and casework, structural steel, acoustic tile and plaster ceiling, plumbing, fixtures, medical gases, hvac duct work, electrical work and certain other items. All work shall be performed in accordance with the scope of work, which includes a phasing schedule to cover all four areas of renovation, specifications and drawings. This solicitation is unrestricted and available for full and open competition. The SIC is 1521. Estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
