Item 0001 includes but is not limited to: demolition of all materials, site preparation and excavation of new building foundation and concrete, new pre-engineered metal building (180 linear feet), new railroad crossings, new electrical lightning and electrical power system for building. Item 0002 (additive) includes but is not limited to: new concrete foundation for additional 20 linear feet of building and additional 20 feet of pre-engineered metal building. Work will be performed at the Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama. Estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
