Z -- UPGRADE HOUSING RECREATION AREAS AT NAS MEMPHIS, MILLINGTON, TN SOL N62467-94-C-5194. DUE 090695. Contact, Dolores Quinton (901) 873-5061; Contracting Officer, Gary Busby (901) 873-5061. Furnish all labor, tools, incidetal engineering, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for; upgradin housing recreation areas. These improvements include demolition of asphalt, concrete areas and fencing as indicated, grading and drainage for te site, a new paved walking/jogging trail and a new paved road connection. A pre-engineered pavilion with comfort station is also to be constructed. Numerous playground rehabilitation will involve removal of existing play equipment, relocaton of existing play equipment, area grading and installation of government furnished play equipment stored on base in original packing. Additional work entails construction of pedestrian bridges, fencing, landscaping and erosion control. Time for completion is 240 calendar days. This project is a firm fixed price construction project. Cost estimate is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Solicitation will issue on or about August 7, 1995. (200)
