Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to replace the boiler at the USARC in Middleton, IA. Work will include removal of piping, insulation, induced draft fan, breeching, gas piping, electrical wiring, control wirig necessary to dismantle and remove exising boiler. Some areas do contain asbestos. New work consists of installation of new steam boiler, trim, new breeching, piping, burner, hot water trim (for furter conversion) and all accessories. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 ad $100,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Performance time is 60 days.
