This IFB is for providing all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to repair/replace the built-up roof and repair the stucco walls on the Reseve Center buildings in Lansing, MI. Work includes: installation of a new membrane type roof (EPDM) over new ridged insulation; installation of new ridged wall insulation and replacment/repair of the stucco walls. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. A 20% bid bond is required.
