56 -- ROOF REPAIR, BLDG. 20 SOL SP0103-95-R-0022 POC Contact point, Stephen Gervasi, 215-737-2256, contractingofficer, Frank Holder, 215-737-2257 The Defense Personnel Support Center requires work which includes the following: Remove existing builtup roofing system from Bldg 20, Bay a, high and low roofs, including insulation, flashing, etc. Provide new single ply EPDM roofing system, combined fully adhered and mechanically fastened type. Provide insulation, flashing, woodnailers, edge strips, cants, crickets, adhesives, sealants, fasteners, accessories and all materials required. Provide Copper gutters, hangers, downspouts, expansion joints, and supports. Provide concrete splash blocks under downspouts. Provide Copper edgeterminations. Provide EPDM flashing and counterflashing. Provide walk pads. Disposal of all removed material shall be contractor'sresponsibility.
