Competitive proposals for a two (2) year multiyear requirement for the following Enhanced 3rd Generation Night Vision Devices/Tubes: AN/AVS-6(V), 130 each; AN/PVS-7B( ), 10,900 each; MNVD, 4,400 each; MX-10160, 300 each; MX-10130C, 300 each; MX-11619, option only; MX-11620, option only; AN/PVS-7B 3X Magnifier, 4000 each; and associated Spare Parts, item and quantity to be determined. The Government will reserve the right to procure additional items through exercise of option provisions which shall be priced and evaluated. Sample hardware will be required. The solicitation cited at Item #9 above (which will be accessable off EBB under PEO-IEW- Micro-Soft Word Version 6.0) shall be a Draft Request For Proposal (DRFP) to be issued approximately mid July. Following its issuance, the Government intends to convene a pre-solicitation conference. The conference shall be conducted in order to discuss and provide clarification/answers to comments/questions regarding the DRFP prior to issuance of a formal Request For Proposal (RFP) in Aug 95 followed by a Pre-Proposal Conference. Location, date and time of conferences, as well as any other pertinent information, shall be provided via EBB.
