Such data must include, as a minimum, a complete listing of items, complete specs to identify item capabilities in sufficient detail to permit technical evaluation, pricing data, point of contact, business size, freight charges if F.O.B. Origin, and number of days required for delivery. All responsible sources must submit written responses to WAPA, Loveland Area Office, P.O. Box 3700, Attn: J1231, Loveland, CO 80539-3003, within 45 days from the date of this notice. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. If no affirmative responses are received within 45 days after publication of this notice to effect that a comparable source is available, an order will be placed with Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc.
