Remedial and preventative maintenance is to be performed inside the principal period of maintenance (PPM) with amaximum two hour response time. PPM is established as 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM local time for hardware and 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time forsoftware, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed at this installation time.
