The Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) intends to award a sole source contract to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Research and Development Division, C/O Technology Applications Group, 1710 Goodridge Drive, McLean, VA 22102-3799, to assess program impact and assist ARPA in coordinating between the Technical Reinvestment Project (TRP) member agencies and industry. The proposed work will be accomplished by SAIC and will cover an 18 month period after contract award.
