Wage determinations for additional localities will be requested if a request is received in writing, no later than 8/21/95. Requests for proposals must be writing and may be faxed to (502) 894-6115 and will be available on or about 8/8/95. Proposals will be due by 12 noon, local time, on 9/7/95.
