The North Zone encompasses the San Clemente, Temecula, and San Marcos areas. The South Zone encompasses El Cajon, Imperial Beach, Chula Vista, Brown Field, San Ysidro, Otay Mesa, Tecate, Campo, Boulevard and the Drug Enforcement Administration National City location areas.
